DualTherm is a natural evolution of vacuum-based processing and high-pressure gas quenching in a “cold chamber”. The furnace perfectly combines the two fundamental case hardening functions. DualTherm operates on the traditional in/out principle and is ideal for applications requiring extreme flexibility.

DualTherm can be equipped with vacuum or plasma carburizing systems, convective heating, and Helium gas quenching, providing you the ability to design a system customized to meet your individual needs.
