Job Title:  Electrical Project Engineer

• Develops control schematics using AutoCad Electrical based upon equipment and customer specifications.
• Develops and issues Bills of Materials.
• Develops PLC and HMI programs.
• Performs various engineering calculations.
• Provides Manufacturing and Start-up assistance when required.
• Design and work with systems utilizing discrete (PID) process controllers.
• Provide summaries of equipment operation to be used by technical writers.
• Operate computer-assisted engineering or design software or equipment to perform engineering tasks.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, or topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
• Confer with engineers, customers, or others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects or products.
• Design, implement, maintain, or improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, or systems for commercial, industrial, or domestic purposes.
• Direct or coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, or testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements.
• Prepare plans with detailed drawings that include project specifications and cost estimates.
• Design and execute engineering experiments to create workable solutions.
• Develop engineering calculations, diagrams and technical reports
• Complete required technical and regulatory documents
• Ensure projects are completed on-time and within the specified budget
• Present analysis results and project solutions to technical leads, senior leaders and clients as necessary
• Able to travel to jobsite to assist with start-up of equipment when required to do so.
• Able to work well in a team environment

Qualifications/ Experience Required:

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or related Technical Degree
• Position requires some travel to customer heat treat facilities, both nationally and internationally, to assist in system debug and start up as necessary.  Ability to obtain passport is required and the ability to travel worldwide.


Must have 4-5 years of experience with much or all of the following:

• Good working knowledge of the design of industrial electrical control systems.
• Good working knowledge of the NFPA 70 Standard (National Electric Code) including fuse and wire sizing.
• Good working knowledge of the NFPA 79 Standard (Electrical Standard for Industrial Machinery).
• Experience following project schedules and budgets
• Experience with motor control circuits including designing circuits, sizing and specifying components and hands-on troubleshooting.
• Experience with relay control circuits.
• PLC hardware and software experience including sizing and specifying components, developing hardwiring drawings, writing PLC logic, testing, programming and system troubleshooting.
• Knowledge and experience developing HMI screens using sofware such as Allen-Bradley factorytalk View.
• Experience applying variable speed drives
• Industrial network experience (Ethernet, Profibus, Modbus, DH+, etc.)
• Working Knowledge of AutoCad Electrical


Job Title:  Aftermarket Sales Specialist

• Screens customer inquiries, interprets customer needs, able to read engineering drawing, estimates costs and prepares parts and services quotations. Determines pricing within established guidelines.
• Establish ongoing relationships and contact with customers.
• Reviews and enters service/part orders. Prepares the necessary documentation,
• Participate in the determination of legitimacy of customer requests to return goods and facilitates disposition of related problems and assists with account receivable.
• Communicates and coordinates with all departments to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide sales order follow-up, status tracking, delivery dates and shipping methods to customers.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, follow-through to resolution.
• Support other duties should specific needs change
• Interact in a positive, professional manner with customers and other team members to support the overall success of the Aftermarket sales department.
• Must be willing to travel as needed.

Job Title:  Fabricator- Welder

• Verify conformance of work pieces to specifications, using squares, rulers, and measuring tapes.
• Align and fit parts according to specifications, using jacks, turnbuckles, wedges, drift pins, pry bars, and hammers.
• Move parts into position, manually or with hoists or cranes.
• Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form complete units or subunits, following blueprints and layout specifications, and using jigs, welding torches, and hand tools.
• Study engineering drawings and blueprints to determine materials requirements and task sequences.
• Set up and operate fabricating machines, such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, grinders, and drill presses, to bend, cut, form, punch, drill, or otherwise form and assemble metal components.
• Lay out and examine metal stock or workpieces to be processed to ensure that specifications are met.
• Tack-weld fitted parts together.
• Lift or move materials and finished products, using large cranes.
• Remove high spots and cut bevels, using portable grinders, and cutting torches.
• Set up face blocks, jigs, and fixtures.
• Position or tighten braces, jacks, clamps, or bolt straps, or bolt parts in position for welding.
• Locate and mark work piece bending and cutting lines, allowing for stock thickness, machine and welding shrinkage, and other component specifications.
• Hammer, chip, and grind work pieces to cut, bend, and straighten metal.
• Straighten warped or bent parts, using sledges, hand torches, straightening presses, or bulldozers.
Preheat work pieces to make them malleable, using hand torches or furnaces.

Job Title:  Machinist

• Calculate dimensions or tolerances, using instruments such as micrometers or vernier calipers.
• Machine parts to specifications, using machine tools, such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, or grinders.
• Set up, adjust, or operate basic or specialized machine tools used to perform precision machining operations.
• Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines.
• Measure, examine, or test completed units to check for defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments, such as micrometers.
• Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.
• Maintain machine tools in proper operational condition.
• Operate equipment to verify operational efficiency.
• Diagnose machine tool malfunctions to determine need for adjustments or repairs.
• Fit and assemble parts to make or repair machine tools.
• Dispose of scrap or waste material in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
• Separate scrap waste and related materials for reuse, recycling, or disposal.
• Evaluate machining procedures and recommend changes or modifications for improved efficiency or adaptability.
• Use hand tools or power tools to examine parts for defects and replace defective parts where needed.
• Install repaired parts into equipment or install new equipment.
• Support metalworking projects from planning and fabrication through assembly, inspection, and testing, using knowledge of machine functions, metal properties and mathematics.
