Job Title: Project Manager 

Responsibilities:

  • Contract Administration - understanding of customer purchase orders, reviewing customer specifications and acknowledging orders from customers as they relate to heat treatment equipment.
  • Budget Control - understanding the project budget by cost analysis for materials and manpower, curtailing any overruns of the accepted budget, updating the budget for any contractual modifications, and reporting negative deviations, including principle causes and recommendations for corrections.
  • Project Scheduling - creating schedules inclusive of engineering, materials procurement, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning for custom industrial equipment.
  • Implementing the Project - attending internal meetings, convening customer meetings, taking and writing meeting minutes for distribution, reviewing engineering drawings and manufacturing progress, and obtaining customer acceptance for shipment and sign off.
  • Reporting to Management - generating a closing report of each project and providing continuous updates to management on each project.
  • Project managers are responsible for writing any scope of work documents for subcontract manufacturing.
  • Each Project Manager is typically responsible for multiple projects ranging in scope and product type with varying durations. Typically staggered schedules. Assignments are made at the discretion of the Manager of Projects.


Qualifications/ Experience Required:

  • 2 Year Associates Degree in an accredited institution that satisfies the intellectual requirements of communication, financial budget control, and capital equipment manufacturing.
  • 5 years of experience involving project management of similar capital equipment sales. The experiences must demonstration the ability to control projects ranging from $100K to $5M. The definition of control is measured by evaluating budget, schedule, and communication skills.
  • Must have experience with MS Office including MS Project.
  • Position requires some travel to customer facilities, both nationally and internationally, Ability to obtain passport is required and the ability to travel worldwide.


 

Job Title: Electrical Project Engineer

Responsibilities:  

  • Develops control schematics using AutoCad Electrical based upon equipment and customer specifications.

  • Develops and issues Bills of Materials.

  • Develops PLC and HMI programs.

  • Performs various engineering calculations.

  • Provides Manufacturing and Start-up assistance when required.

  • Design and work with systems utilizing discrete (PID) process controllers.

  • Provide summaries of equipment operation to be used by technical writers.

  • Operate computer-assisted engineering or design software or equipment to perform engineering tasks.

  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, or topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.

  • Confer with engineers, customers, or others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects or products.

  • Design, implement, maintain, or improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, or systems for commercial, industrial, or domestic purposes.

  • Direct or coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, or testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements.

  • Prepare plans with detailed drawings that include project specifications and cost estimates.

  • Design and execute engineering experiments to create workable solutions.

  • Develop engineering calculations, diagrams and technical reports

  • Complete required technical and regulatory documents

  • Ensure projects are completed on-time and within the specified budget

  • Present analysis results and project solutions to technical leads, senior leaders and clients as necessary

  • Able to travel to jobsite to assist with start-up of equipment when required to do so.

  • Able to work well in a team environment

  

Qualifications/ Experience Required:

  • Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or related Technical Degree

  • Position requires some travel to customer heat treat facilities, both nationally and internationally, to assist in system debug and start up as necessary. Ability to obtain passport is required and the ability to travel worldwide.

Must have 3-5 years of experience with much or all of the following:

  • Good working knowledge of the design of industrial electrical control systems.

  • Good working knowledge of the NFPA 70 Standard (National Electric Code) including fuse and wire sizing.

  • Good working knowledge of the NFPA 79 Standard (Electrical Standard for Industrial Machinery).

  • Experience with motor control circuits including designing circuits, sizing and specifying components and hands-on troubleshooting.

  • Experience with relay control circuits.

  • PLC hardware and software experience including sizing and specifying components, developing hardwiring drawings, writing PLC logic, testing, programming and system troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge and experience developing HMI screens using sofware such as Allen-Bradley factorytalk View.

  • Experience applying variable speed drives

  • Industrial network experience (Ethernet, Profibus, Modbus, DH+, etc.)

  • Working Knowledge of AutoCad Electrical

 

 


Job Title: Pipe Fitter 

Responsibilities:

Overall the Pipe Fitter is responsible for layout and general piping of water, pneumatic and gas control components used on capital equipment machinery as well as installation and piping of controls of these systems. 

  •  Pipe welding
  • Ability to troubleshoot controls and systems.
  • Able to interpret engineering drawings and successfully layout equipment according to prints
  • Team player, able to take direction and be self-directed when needed
  • Ability to climb in overhead structures, to work beneath machines and in close quarters.
  • High regard for safety standards
  • Review scope documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • Participate in team building activities.
  • Maintain strict adherence to the policies set forth in the QC manual.
  • Follow oral and written directions.
  • Work within company policy as outlined in the Human Resources Policy Manual , Safety Manual.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed. 

Qualifications/ Experience Required:

  • Must have High School Diploma
  • Must have knowledge of piping tools and machines used in manufacturing including setting break press and Shear.
  • Must be proficient in installation of threaded pipe and bending tube
  • 3 years of experience as Pipe Fitter
  • Must have working command of the English language and be able to effectively communicate 
  • Knowledge of combustion systems will be a plus 

 


 Job Title: Manager of Information Systems

 Responsibilities:


This position manages 3 networked locations with the following responsibilities. This position will involve working with our Corporate Parent Company (AHG), and their IT colleagues throughout the world, in connection with the participation in setting global IT standards, and the implementation of such standards.


• Provide users with technical support for computer problems.
• Maintain and oversee disaster recovery.
• Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
• Evaluate the company’s technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades.
• Purchase necessary equipment.
• Manage backup and restoration as well as security of network.
• Identify and resolve data and/or system issues.
• Developing and implementing an IT strategic plan to support the growth of the business.
• Planning and implementing major modifications to company-wide technology infrastructure.
• Writing and enforcing IT and technical security policy to meet business and compliance requirements.
• Anticipating future technology needs and identifying proactive solutions that support company strategy.
• Developing and implementing IT best practices to manage organizational risk and support company growth.
• Oversee and manage phone system (Such as- assisting users with moving extensions, voicemail set up and backing up).
• Custom assemble Ethernet cables as needed.
• Manage Microsoft Exchange Server.
• Maintain Microsoft SQL Server database.
• Responsible for tracking & maintaining various software licenses
• Global Travel as needed. Must have and maintain active passport.

• Expert knowledge of computer systems design with a comprehensive understanding of the integration of systems hardware, software, and networks and the ability to implement/integrate systems in an innovative manner
• 8+ years of increasing responsibility within the Information Technology Systems profession in the following areas (System Design, Network Administration, Network Security knowledge and experience)
• Demonstrated Management experience
• Must have working knowledge of:

  • Oracle Forms & Reports Developer
  • Oracle Database Administrator
