AFC-Holcroft’s Remote Diagnostics™ service is designed to increase furnace uptime and availability through analysis of equipment performance data. Real, data driven Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) information supports continuous improvement efforts. Implementations can collect and aggregate big data delivered through the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) to highlight operational inefficiencies. AFC-Holcroft provides its service at no charge with participating pieces of equipment.*
Remote Diagnostics™ allows AFC-Holcroft to interrogate participating furnace equipment to analyze data remotely. By examining machine data, AFC-Holcroft furnace experts can diagnose recurring issues and recommend corrective actions. Through this process, AFC-Holcroft can help customers target the most common causes of unplanned downtime and take steps to remedy them.

Remote Diagnostics™ can be combined with AFC-Holcroft’s comprehensive Engineering Optimization Program, whereby a multi-disciplined team of furnace experts examine equipment demands post-warranty to provide a written report of suggestions and improvements. The Remote Diagnostics™ service allows transmission of data to AFC-Holcroft’s secure servers, eliminating the time and cost associated with manually gathering historical data or interviewing operators.
